How does diversity relate to producing students who will “assume leadership in their fields”?

Globalization and immigration patterns have increased and will continue to increase the likelihood that our students will need to work with colleagues and clients with different identities and lived experiences. 成为有效的领导者, our students need to know how to work well with people who are different from them.
