Name Change Information

Incoming Students

Campus Name Changes for Enrolled Students

Legal Name Changes
如果学生希望将自己的正式学习记录中的法定名称从入学时的法定名称更改为学院入学时的法定名称，则必须向注册办公室提供法律文件(例如.e. court order, current driver’s license with photo, social security card, resident alien card, passport, official birth certificate, or marriage certificate) stating their legal name.
